How do I send my photos after I place an order?
Send them on WhatsApp, with your order ID and any other details we need for your product.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, but only before we start crafting. You can change the size, colour or personalisation. Small changes are free. If you add or change materials, we will charge for the difference.
Can I switch to a different product?
Yes, as long as your order has not been processed yet. Message us as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel only before we start crafting, so please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order.
Do you accept returns?
No. Every order is personalised just for you, so we cannot accept returns.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We are sorry if that happens. To get a replacement, we need an unboxing video that shows the parcel being opened, recorded in one go without any pauses. We cannot consider claims without this video.
When will I get my refund?
If your request meets our terms, we process the refund within 7 working days.
Why was my order not delivered, or why did it come back to you?
This is usually because of an address problem, such as a wrong, incomplete or unserviceable address, a phone number that could not be reached, or a locked door. It can also happen when nobody is available to receive the parcel. Please check with your nearest courier facility, and message us so we can help.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes. We deliver across India and to many countries overseas. You can check the cost on any product page using the shipping calculator.
Is the shipping charge on the website final?
Shipping charges are estimates and are not final. The actual charge may differ from what this website shows.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Once you have paid and we have finished crafting your order, you can pick it up from us on or before the agreed date. In Hyderabad, you can also choose Rapido, Uber, Ola or courier delivery. You pay the delivery charges.
